Internal Wholesale Account Executive

Office Based Bristol BS2 (near Temple meads).

Full-time Mon-Fri or Part-time (24-32 hours over 3-5 days - weekdays only). Please indicate hours/days.

Minimum 2 years customer focused sales experience required.

Opportunity of travel to NYC, Vegas, Paris & London events.

We have a fantastic opportunity for an Account Executive to join our small friendly head office team working alongside our Wholesale Sales Manager and Key Account Executive. You’ll be just as passionate about the products and values as we are. It’s essential to develop excellent product knowledge and be able to talk about what we do with confidence & enthusiasm.


You will have experience delivering direct sales activities, closing sales and meeting planned targets. You’ll have a natural flare for communication across emails and telephone whilst building and maintaining relationships with our partners while seeking new opportunities.

Responsible for

Supporting the maintenance and growth of the independent wholesale channel.

Developing relationships with our retailer partners

Customer satisfaction; Ensure they are valued & supported in their buying decisions.

CRM Housekeeping & keep in regular contact with all assigned retail partners

Day to Day

1st Point of contact for assigned wholesale customers/retail partners

Monthly contact with the assigned independent wholesale customer base.

Grow the business through following up leads & incoming opportunities

Prospecting; find, source & evaluate new stockists. Research potential new outlets.

Working with the Sales Manager help develop our strategy for E-commerce stockists, determining suitability & defining a list of standards for stockists to meet.

Generate & process orders using our stock management system, push orders through to the warehouse & balance the stock availability between your customer base.

Liaise with Marketing Manager to create wholesale marketing campaigns to drive awareness

Set up call schedules to ensure all customers receive regular contact and agreed follow ups all happen as per the call cycle created.

Create & analyse reports to identify opportunities.

Liaise with assigned sales agents and be there key contact for all sales enquiries.

Negotiate promotion activity, window displays, instore POS where appropriate.

And finally – willing and able to travel and participate in exciting national and international trade show events, representing Aery in London NYC, Vegas & Paris.
