Financial Controller FT or PT 

We’re looking for a Financial Controller FT or PT responsible for ensuring consistent management of the company’s accounting.  You’ll be a key person within the business & take responsibility for day to day financial management, set up good working practices & process while ensuring customer payments are collected. The right person will be able to achieve growth in responsibility and salary with the company by potentially building a finance team as the business grows.


  • Manage day-to-day company accounts
  • Run Credit Control Software
  • Process customer invoicing
  • Monthly payment reconciliation of banks / invoice discounting;
  • Assist with financial planning and oversee budget forecasting and cash flow management
  • Preparation of monthly management accounts for the directors;
  • Cash flow forecasting;
  • Overseeing sales and purchase ledgers;
  • Liaising with external accountants;
  • Provision of information, as required, for the bank and other stakeholders;
  • VAT returns.
  • Reconcile currency payments & receivables.
  • Management of pre-payments.


  • Xero Accounting Software - Experience on this is essential
  • Unleashed Inventory & B2B Sales management - Experience would be a bonus
  • Shopify Retail Platform - Experience would be useful


  • 5+ years’ experience working in an accounts team
  • AAT level 3 or higher, we will also consider candidates with significant, relevant experience.
  • Proficient with Xero financial software


  • The role is a hybrid of home & office working, ideally 2-3 days per week in Bristol office

Digital Marketing Manager: PPC, SEO, AMS 

We're looking for an experienced, analytical & results orientated digital exec to support our growing D2C channel alongside our established B2B channel. You’ll plan and deliver successful digital marketing strategies across SEO, PPC, AMS & Paid Social to drive customer acquisition. Provide reporting to the business, support the team with web optimisation projects and execute the digital elements of the marketing plan.

You will have at least 2 years’ current & relevant experience; you might be working in house or within an agency & looking for an opportunity to progress & focus on one single brand. As an early stage business you have the opportunity to grow with us.

You must be highly analytical, responsive to data with a comprehensive understanding of Google analytics and be able to translate this into effective ad management. 

The role is part of wider creative & marketing team, supported through content creation, copywriting, lifestyle photography & video


  • Proven digital experience and understanding of digital marketing (PPC / SEO / Social Media / Google ads) to monitor progress and drive results
  • Experience of directly setting up paid media campaigns & able to demonstrate success with a measurable return. 
  • Knowledge and experience in running campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Comfortable analysing large data sets and working with Google Analytics.


  • Experience of managing PPC, SEO & Paid Social essential 
  • Strategic and commercially minded with strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Amazon (AMS) experience is advantageous
  • Shopify experience preferred.
  • A passion for PPC & Paid media.
