We advise our products to be used within 24 months, just to ensure you get the best results from our fragrances.
During the making process, when the candles are left to ‘cure’ this means there can be mild shrinking in the wax itself. But it is nothing to worry about, each candle is weighed, and it won’t affect your candles performance.

We are committed to providing you with a 100% Happiness Guarantee from start to finish. So, if you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please visit our Refund policy for detailed instructions.
To return an item, please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process. We will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions on how to send back your items.
Once we receive your returned items, we will process your refund. Once that’s been processedyou’ll be notified via email and the funds will make their way back to you within normal bank processing times.
