Summer can often be a hectic time, making the most of the long days, and organising holidays and socials while balancing family and children. It's easy to get swept up in the excitement and business and before you know it you're exhausted. Try and carve out a small routine or downtime for yourself to bring your feet back to the ground, say no when you can and keep on top of your sleep routine. Try lighting a candle and spritzing your pillows before bed or getting an energising fragrance oil on the go in the morning to boost your mood. Ensuring you find a healthy balance and finding time for activities that bring you joy and nourish your body and mind. Whether it’s a leisurely walk in the park, a restorative yoga session or lighting a candle, prioritise activities that leave you feeling energised and rejuvenated.
