“I used to power through without taking breaks, thinking I’d get more done. But then I realised I was burning out faster” says Steffi, our Accounts Manager. “Now, I set a timer to remind myself to get up, stretch, and take a few deep breaths. It’s made a world of difference in my energy levels throughout the day.”
