Pulse point 

• Simply roll onto pulse points, which include your temples, neck and wrists. 
• Take a minute and enjoy a moment of calm.
• Apply when feeling stressed, tired or you’re in need of a mood-boost! 
• Keep in your pocket for your perfect calm on the go. 

 Candle 

• When first burning candle allow the wax melt pool to reach the edges.
• Burn for minimum two hours and maximum four hours. 
• Should you experience clumping on the wick, trim it 15mm. 
• Avoid short burns as this can lead to tunnelling affect.
• Keep out of direct sunlight, as this could lead to discolouring and melting wax. 
• Ensure there is no debris on candle wax, this could affect the flame and potentially cause smoke. 

Top tip for colder months 

• On first burn ensure your candle is warmed, as the cold can affect the burn and the wax may tunnel.

Bath Salts 

• Sprinkle a handful of bath salts into a warm running bath. 
• Give it a swirl to help dissolve the salt crystals.
• Adjust the amount to personal preference.
• Enjoy a few deep breaths to enjoy the feel-good fragrance. 

Hand Wash 

• Lather wash gently onto wet skin until cleansed. 
• Wash away with warm water. 
• Can be used for hands and body.

 Diffuser 

• Before opening bottle lightly shake. 
• Pop your reeds into vessel, then turn them once over.  
• Please allow 24 hours for the fragrance to fill the room. 
• We suggest turning your reeds regularly for optimum results.
• To avoid ring marks place on top of mat or coaster. 
• Ensure diffuser is out of reach of children and pets. 

Fragrance oil 

Oil burners: 

• We’d suggest using 5-10 drops of oil in water. 
• Adjust to personal preference. 
• Light candle and let the fragrance to fill the room.  

 Electronic Burners:

• We’d recommend following manufacturer’s directions. 
• Add 5-10 drops of oil in water to burner. 
• Enjoy the instant fragrance that follows.
